Information Collected Based on Additional Functions Provided

To provide you with more convenient and higher-quality products and/or services, and to improve your experience, we collect and use your personal information in the following additional services we provide to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the JXLPRO application and JXLPRO WeChat mini-program, but you will not be able to enjoy the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:

  1. Location-Based Additional Services: When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use services provided based on location, we collect and use your location information so that you can use the JXLPRO application or JXLPRO WeChat mini-program to connect with smart devices. And when you use our specific products or services (such as weather services), based on your consent, we collect your real-time precise or non-precise geolocation information. You can stop our collection of your location information by turning off the location service in your mobile device system.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Turn off/on [Location Permission]

  2. Camera-Based Additional Services: You can use this function to scan QR codes for adding devices you purchased, take videos, and other functions after enabling the camera permission. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the camera permission, we will only obtain information when you actively use the camera for scanning, shooting, etc.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Turn off/on [Camera Permission]

  3. Microphone-Based Voice Technology Related Additional Services: You can use the microphone to implement voice functions such as shooting videos, waking up the voice assistant, etc. after enabling the microphone permission. In these functions, we collect your voice information to recognize your command needs. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the App or record videos.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Turn off/on [Microphone Permission]

  4. Storage Permission-Based Additional Services: We apply for this permission to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you enable the permission for us to read/write your device storage, we will read from or write to your device storage space necessary information such as pictures, files, crash log information, etc., to provide you with functions such as information publishing or locally recording crash log information.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Turn off/on [Storage Permission]

  5. In these functions, we communicate with terminal smart devices through Bluetooth. Please note that even if you have agreed to enable Bluetooth permission, we only use Bluetooth for communication in these scenarios: device control display on the home page and device panel, device status acquisition on the device panel, device discovery on the add device page, device network configuration on the add device page, and device direct connection mode on the My page.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Set [Bluetooth Permission]

  6. Message Notification Permission-Based Additional Functions: We apply for this permission to push notifications about products or services to you, especially when you have purchased related services and need to send alerts to capture real-time situations.

Through [My] > [Privacy & Authorization] > Set [Phone System Push]

You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to enable access permissions for your location information (geographical location), camera (camera), microphone (voice), Bluetooth (communication), and internal/external storage in your device to achieve the information collection and use involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions item by item in your device settings and decide whether to enable or disable these permissions. These permission requests for location information (geographical location), camera (camera), Bluetooth (communication), microphone (voice), and internal/external storage are mainly used for functions such as device addition and device use.

Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. Once you disable any permission, it means you have canceled the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we cannot provide you with the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use previously based on your authorization.
