Shenzhen Taiyue Electronics Co., Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "Taiyue Electronics") are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") explains how we process personal data and protect information privacy when you use the following services, products and related mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Products").

In this Policy, "Personal Data" means information that can identify an individual when used alone or in combination with other information. "Smart Device" means a non-standard computing device with a human-machine interface produced by a hardware manufacturer that can transmit data via wireless networks, including smart home appliances, smart wearable devices, smart air purification devices, etc. "App" means a mobile application developed by Taiyue Electronics that helps end-users remotely control smart devices and connect to the Taiyue Electronics IoT platform.

For other brand Apps supported by Taiyue Electronics, our customers decide what personal data to collect through our Products. We collect information as required by our customers, and such information is processed only to provide the services agreed upon with our customers. If you are a user of our customer and do not wish the customer using our services to contact you, please contact the customer directly to inform your request.

What Personal Data We Collect

To provide you with our services, we will ask you to provide the personal information necessary for such services. If you do not provide personal information, we cannot provide you with the corresponding products or services.

When you are still learning about our Products, you can try them without registration/login. If you log out or do not create an account (i.e., "Guest Mode"), you can still use many Tili Home products or services with the created guest ID, such as searching or browsing functions on the Tili Home App. When you use Guest Mode, we will not collect your account and related information; we only collect permission information for authorized additional functions, device and usage information, such as your mobile operating system. When you use functions requiring location services in the Products and/or services, we will obtain location information based on your authorization. When you choose to exit Guest Mode, we will immediately and permanently delete your information.

However, if the products and/or services you use or purchase are based on your account information, please go to the registration/login page to register or log in.

1. Information You Voluntarily Provide to Us

Account Information: When you register for our account, we collect your account name and contact information, such as your email address, phone number, username and login credentials. During your interaction with our Products, we further collect your nickname, avatar, country code, language preference or time zone information in your account.

If you choose to authorize login with a third-party account, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, region information) from the third party and bind it to your Tili Home account for quick login. We will use your personal information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in accordance with our agreement with the third party and the provisions on sharing personal information in the third party's published privacy policy.

Feedback: When you use the feedback and suggestion function in our Products, we collect your email address, phone number and feedback content to promptly handle your questions and device failures.

At the same time, according to different application products and services, Tili Home collects corresponding and necessary personal information to provide you with products and services.

Information Collected Based on Additional Services Provided

To provide you with more convenient and high-quality products and/or services and strive to improve your experience, we collect and use your personal information in the following additional services. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of the Tili Home App and Tili Home WeChat Mini Program, but you will not be able to obtain the user experience brought by these additional services. These additional services include:

You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to enable access permissions for location information (geographical location), camera, album (photo library), microphone (voice), internal and external storage on your device to collect and use information involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in your device settings and decide to enable or disable these permissions.

Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services; disabling any permission means you revoke the authorization, and we will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission or provide services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to disable permissions will not affect the information collection and use based on your previous authorization.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Please note that separate device information and service log information cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use such non-personal information in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information during combined use. We will anonymize and de-identify such information unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise required by laws and regulations.

3. Smart Device-related Information

Basic Smart Device Information: When you use smart devices connected to our products or services, we collect basic information such as device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version and upgrade information.

Information Reported by Smart Devices: Depending on the smart device connected, we collect information reported by your device, such as height, weight, body fat mass (BFM), BMI, skeletal muscle mass (SMM) from smart scales or fitness trackers, and images/videos from smart cameras. If you actively agree to connect Tili Home App with health apps, we share your measurement data (only BMI, height, weight and body fat percentage) with third-party health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Fit, Fitbit. Shared data is only for measuring and analyzing health indicators and will never be disclosed to other third parties. You can close the authorized connection between Tili Home App and third-party health platforms at any time by managing HealthKit settings.

Bugly Collected Information: Log information (third-party developer custom logs, Logcat logs, App crash stack information), device ID (androidid, idfv), network information, system name, system version, country code, etc.

Children's Use of This App

Our services are mainly intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18 and need to use this App, your legal guardian must read this Policy together with you and obtain their consent. We recommend that your legal guardian supervise and guide your use of this App.

Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Who We Share Your Information and Personal Data With?

We only share your personal data in ways you know. We may share personal data with: third-party service providers (website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, infrastructure, IT services, customer support, email delivery, etc.); customers and business partners providing smart devices, networks and systems; affiliates or third parties in case of restructuring, merger, sale, transfer or disposal of business/assets; and entities required by laws, legal procedures or government requests. We only disclose personal data to other third parties with your consent.

International Transfer of Collected Information

We may transfer, store and process your personal information and basic device information in jurisdictions outside your residence. We ensure adequate protection through EU Standard Contractual Clauses approved under GDPR Article 46. Contact us for more details on security measures.

Rights Related to Personal Data

You may exercise the following rights free of charge via "My - Feedback & Suggestions - Feedback - Account Related" in Tili Home App or email to services@xciotapp.com. We will respond within 30 days and may verify your identity for security.

Information Security Safeguards

We take commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to maintain the integrity and security of your personal information. We use proprietary algorithms for data isolation, access authentication and authorization; secure encryption protocols and dynamic key encryption for communication; strict data filtering, verification and auditing; and encrypted storage for confidential information. If you believe your account security is compromised, notify us immediately via email.

Information Retention Period

We process personal data for the shortest period (7 working days) necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Policy, unless longer retention is required by law. We determine the retention period based on data volume, nature and sensitivity, and destroy personal data after retention. If destruction is technically impossible, we take measures to prevent further use.

Third-Party SDKs

This App integrates SDKs including Huawei Push, Huawei Agconnect, Tencent Bugly, Alipay, Mi Push, vivo Push, oppo Push, Amap, Baidu Location, Alibaba Cloud, WeChat, China Mobile. See respective privacy policies for specific usage purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy due to changes in information practices. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before effectiveness. We recommend you review this page regularly. Failure to agree will result in inability to log in to the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is formulated and governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
